Krakenは、年末年始もすべてのサービスをご利用いただけます。

• 日本円の入出金（注1）
• 仮想通貨の入出庫（XBT、ETH、XRP、LTC、BCH）
• スポット取引（取引所）
• 販売所取引
• サポートデスク（通常通り、Webからのお問い合わせにEメールにて対応）
• 口座開設の新規申込・開設審査（注2）

注1：日本円の入出金については、お客様がご利用の金融機関が年末年始にサービス停止している場合はご利用いただけません。詳しくは、ご利用の金融機関の年末年始の営業スケジュールをご確認ください。

注2：口座開設の新規申込は、年末年始も受け付けております。書留郵便（お取引開始前の手続きのひとつ）については、年末年始の休祝日の郵便配達状況により、1月4日以降のお届けとなる可能性があります。

*Availability of JPY deposits and withdrawals will depend on bank business hours. Please make sure that you check your bank’s business hours before making a deposit or withdrawal.

**We are required to send you an address verification postcard before verifying your account. You may receive this postcard on or after January 4th, 2022, depending on Japan Post’s delivery schedule.
