当社クラーケン（Kraken）をかたる偽サイトからダウンロードした偽アプリを使用した詐欺被害にあったという報告を受けております。それらの偽サイトでは当社のロゴ等が無断で利用・掲載されておりますが、当社には一切関わりはございません。偽サイトへのアクセスや偽サイト上のアプリのダウンロードは行なわないようご注意ください。
現在、日本居住のお客様がご利用いただける正式アプリは、以下になります。
- クラーケン Pro（Kraken Pro）
アプリのダウンロードに、以下のリンクまたはQRコード（iOS, Andriod対応）から行ってください。
他のアプリの提供はしておりません。

We have received a number of reports of fake apps and websites that claim to be Kraken.
The Kraken Pro app linked below is the only official Kraken app currently supported in Japan. There are a number of third party websites and apps that use Kraken’s name or logo without our permission but these are unrelated to our services.
