What are the funding limits?

Min. deposit/withdrawal: 100 CHF

Max. deposit/withdrawal: Set by your Kraken account limits (up to a max of 10,000,000 CHF per transaction)

What trading pairs will be offered?

We will trade BTC/CHF and ETH/CHF, with the potential of adding more in the near future. Trading will begin on Friday, December 6 at 14:30 UTC.

What are the fees?

Deposits (SIC Local Settlement): CHF 0.15

Withdrawals (SIC Local Settlement): CHF 1.00

Deposits (SWIFT): CHF 10

Withdrawals (SWIFT): CHF 18

How do I deposit funds?

Navigate to Funding > Tick “Show all assets” (or Search for CHF) > Click “Deposit” next to CHF > Select Bank Frick and follow the provided instructions.

How do I withdraw funds?

Can I deposit other currencies besides CHF?

Yes – you can also deposit EUR. However, funds sent in any currency other than CHF or EUR will be converted to EUR, and are subject to additional banking fees.
