Last week Kraken tweeted a poll before the Bitcoin ETF decision asking followers what they thought the outcome would be. We received over 400 votes, with 58% incorrectly predicting approval and 42% correctly predicting that the ETF would not be approved.

Did it matter?

Perhaps we should have asked whether approval of the ETF would really matter, because so far the sentiment in crypto markets suggests that “NO” maybe it doesn’t matter. Bitcoin price has so far seen a strong rebound with other digital assets such as ether and monero rising sharply in the days following the ETF disapproval.
